Your Journey with fastMAN

Your metabolic health program includes a series of five consultations designed to guide you through a comprehensive, 12-week period:

Consultation 1: In-Person Assessment 

Location: Suite 22, Hollywood Medical Centre, Perth, WA  

Your journey starts with a detailed in-person assessment with our team. This includes:

  • Thorough health assessment and examination

  • Detailed health, fitness and lifestyle evaluation

  • Introduction and sign-up to The Fast 800 program

  • Focused metabolic pathology and blood panel

  • Optional Extended testing (e.g DEXA, Fibroscan, CGM)

Consultation 2-4: Remote Telehealth Consultations

Via video-consultations for your convenience, we will monitor your progress, review test results, and offer guidance every step of the way.  Where appropriate, medication will be prescribed with ongoing management of your metabolic health.

Consultation 5: Final In-Person Review

End your 12-week programme with a detailed final review, including reassessments, finalisation of results, progress tracking, and ongoing health advice. Your named General Practitioner will be advised of your participation for continuity of care where appropriate.

Costs

The total fee payable of $1985 for the fastMAN Program includes:

  • An extensive in-person consultation with Dr Lloyd Evans, introduction and access to The Fast 800 Program App for 12-months, and Nurse and Health Coach advice and support.

  • Pathology, Radiology and Functional testing where appropriate (blood, urine, faeces analysis, imaging and further studies).

  • Telehealth follow-up appointments with Dr Lloyd Evans to monitor and track your progress and offer tailored metabolic health input throughout your Program.

  • A final in-person consultation at week 12 to re-assess your metabolic health and offer further long-term advice.

  • A thorough Continued Health Plan created just for you for continuation of your progress beyond the Program.

  • Quarterly check-ins available and offered exclusively to those who complete their fastMAN Program with a monthly subscription of $120 per month ongoing if you wish (completely optional). This ensures an ongoing established relationship with MAN Health Clinic to continue your journey towards metabolic health optimisation. Other services are also included within this monthly subscription amount and include access to our monthly MANdate Podcast and MANuscript Newsletter. Optional add-on services and testing (as outlined below) that you may wish to include as part of the fastMAN Metabolic Program include:

  • DEXA Scan: $200 (at Perth Radiological Clinic): Undertake whole body scanning and accurately measure your lean muscle, fat, visceral adiposity and bone mass for whole body and individual regions.

  • Liver Elastography: $265 (at Perth Radiological Clinic): Liver Elastography is a type of liver imaging. It is a special ultrasound technology that measures liver stiffness (hardness) and fatty changes in your liver. These measurements help us learn more about your overall liver health.

  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring: $199 (provided by Vively Health in Collaboration with MAN Health Clinic). We have partnered with Vively Health to offer Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and software to extend analysis of your metabolic health. You will be fitted with a CGM device and monitored closely over 14 days with subsequent interpretation and individualised plans created just for you to optimise those metabolic risk factors that are so commonly seen in men.

  • Shakes & Supplements: Available through The Fast 800 Program.

We’ve made paying easy and flexible, with a variety of ways to pay including EFT, EFTPOS (fees may apply) and payment plans to spread the costs to you (interest free).
